Muck and the Mires are a garage rock band from Boston, formed in 2001. Producer Kim Fowley described their sound as a mix of the 1964 Beatles and the Ramones, and Little Steven Van Zandt named them the #1 Garage Rock Band in the U.S. during his MTV Battle of the Bands.
