Musikverein Stockheim

Musikkapelle Stockheim is the brass band of Stockheim, a village belonging to Bad Wörishofen in Bavaria's Unterallgäu, and one of the oldest in the Allgäu-Schwäbischer Musikbund — the club chronicle records Stockheim musicians playing as far back as 1830. Run by Musikverein Stockheim e. V., it performs at church and secular festivities across the region, trains its own young players, and rehearses on Monday evenings at the Musikerheim. Its programme also includes a format billed as "Blasmusik goes Heavy Metal".
