My Baby

MY BABY is a Dutch–New Zealand trio formed in Amsterdam in 2012: Cato van Dijck (vocals, bass), Joost van Dijck (drums) and guitarist Daniel "Dafreez" Johnston. The band mixes blues, funk, psychedelia and roots with danceable rhythms and slide guitar, and has played Glastonbury, Lowlands and North Sea Jazz. With the album "Echo" (2025) it goes deeper into what it calls "roots-driven delta trance".
