My Purse

My Purse is an Amsterdam band playing angular indie post-punk with a riot grrrl edge, deliberately without a wall of sound: interlocking guitars, dominant basslines and layered vocals. The lyrics are full of absurdity and ambiguity. Members also play in Cardigan Inn and Hondenfokker. In 2026 the singles "I Smell", "Objects" and "The Hole" came out on the label AT EASE.
