Neschastny Sluchai

Neschastny Sluchai (Несчастный случай, "Accident") is a Moscow rock band founded in 1983 by Alexei Kortnev and Valdis Pelsh as students at Moscow State University. Its songs mix comedy, art and pop rock with ironic stories about ordinary people. Under the pun "Нечастый случай" ("a rare occasion"), Kortnev and Dmitry Chuvelev also play the band's songs as a duo in bathrobes, an intimate living-room concert with stories and improvisation.
