Oerheks

Oerheks is the solo project of Belgian musician Hans Cools from Kaggevinne (Flemish Brabant), founded in 2020. The music is raw yet atmospheric black metal with epic song lengths, centered on the Flemish folklore of his home region, particularly the legend of the Old Oak of Kaggevinne. Releases have come out via labels including Amor Fati Productions and Babylon Doom Cult Records, among them the demos "Cagghenvinna," "Landschapsanachronismen," and "Valkengebed."
