PETER HEPPNER

Peter Heppner is a German singer and songwriter, born on September 7, 1967 in Hamburg. He rose to fame as the lead vocalist of the synthpop/darkwave band Wolfsheim, founded in 1987, which achieved international success with hits like "The Sparrows and the Nightingales." After Wolfsheim disbanded in 2005, he has pursued a successful solo career and is known for collaborations with artists such as Schiller and Paul van Dyk.
