Poor Creature

Poor Creature is a Dublin trio made up of Ruth Clinton (Landless) alongside Cormac MacDiarmada and John Dermody (both of Lankum). The band formed during the Covid lockdowns as a project by Clinton and MacDiarmada and later expanded to include drummer Dermody. Their debut album, 'All Smiles Tonight', was released in 2025 on Rough Trade's River Lea imprint, blending Irish folk with psychedelic and experimental influences.
