Power Theory is a heavy metal band from Philadelphia, formed in 2007 by guitarist Bob "BB" Ballinger. The band blends NWOBHM, 1980s German power metal and a touch of Bay Area thrash into a traditional, aggressive American heavy metal sound. Vocalist Dave Santini joined the line-up in 2008.
