Project X

Project X was a short-lived but highly influential New York hardcore band formed in 1987 by musicians from Youth of Today, Gorilla Biscuits, Side by Side and Judge (including John Porcelly, Walter Schreifels, Alex Brown, Sammy Siegler). The band played only a handful of shows but left behind a cult-classic EP, 'Straight Edge Revenge' (1987, reissued 2005 via Bridge Nine Records), which became a youth crew hardcore staple.
