Pure Obsessions & Red Nights

Pure Obsessions & Red Nights is the project of French singer, songwriter and producer Philippe Deschemin, based in Grenoble. The band blends darkwave, synthpop and industrial rock into dark anthems tied to an ongoing literary narrative built around the character Mr. Strangler (including the "Mr Strangler Trilogy" and "The Night Trilogy"). For the album "We Are the Stranglings" the band collaborated with Grammy Award winner Chris Vrenna.
