ROCKHAUS
Rock
ROCKHAUS was founded in East Berlin in 1978 from a merger of two school bands and became one of the most popular rock bands in East Germany during the 1980s. Their song „Ich liebe Dich“ (I.L.D.) topped the GDR year-end charts in 1988. The band split up in 1998 and reformed in 2005 as a support act for Die Prinzen; further albums followed, including a first acoustic version of I.L.D. in 2024.
