Ruthless

Ruthless is a heavy metal band from Los Angeles formed in 1982 around vocalist Sammy DeJohn. With the EP Metal Without Mercy (1984) and the debut album Discipline of Steel (1986), the band counts among the pioneers of US power metal and has shared stages with the likes of Slayer and Lizzy Borden. After splitting up in the late 1980s, Ruthless returned at Germany's Keep It True festival in 2009 and has since released albums such as They Rise, Evil Within and The Fallen.
