Saitentanz

Saitentanz play medieval and tavern folk: three-part vocals, fiddle and Irish bouzouki over rhythmic bass and cajon. The band performs stories, drinking songs and pieces about life in all its facets, by turns humorous and celebratory or reflective. Traditional folk influences mix with modern pop and rock elements. The group is at home at medieval markets, knights' banquets and tavern nights as much as on club stages. "Tavernenspiel" was released as a crowdfunded album.
