Scheitern.Dreitausend is an indie rock band from Bremen, associated with the so-called „Bremer Schule“. Originally a duo of Melanie and Henri (who alternate on guitar and drums), the band is completed by John on bass. Their sound moves between quiet and loud and deals with themes of aging, staying at home and not belonging; their fourth album „Unentschieden für immer“ was recorded at the late Steve Albini's studio in Chicago.
