Schockromantik is a fun- and party-punk band from Essen in Germany's Ruhr region. The group first formed in 2006 under the name Lost Piranjas in Essen's youth-club scene and, after renaming itself Schockromantik, plays a mix of raw punk, catchy hooks and Ruhr-area humour.
