Soul Asylum

Soul Asylum is an American alternative rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, formed in 1981. Emerging from the same Twin Cities punk and college-rock scene as The Replacements and Hüsker Dü, the band built its sound on gritty, melodic guitar rock with a raw edge.
