Stormwitch is a German heavy metal band from Heidenheim an der Brenz, formed in the early 1980s and dubbed the "Masters of Black Romantic" by their fans. With albums such as "Walpurgis Night" (1984), "Tales of Terror" (1985) and "Stronger than Heaven" (1986), featuring the classic "Ravenlord", the band ranks among the pioneers of German heavy metal.
