Taifun are a hardcore punk band from North Rhine-Westphalia in the vein of Japanese "Burning Spirits" hardcore, formed by ex-members of Burial, EA80, The Now-Denial, Night Slug and Bombenalarm. After "Demo 2020" came the 7" "Kaiju Power" (2024, Sabotage Records) and a split single with Loudnight (2025).
