THE FROMMS

THE FROMMS were a post-punk/new wave band from the Essen area, known roughly 40 years ago for their legendary "Fromms parties" at which Joy Division songs were played. The band's singer was Michael Loef from Mülheim an der Ruhr, who has since played in several other bands (including Three 4 The Headache). For shows such as "Heart and Soul – A Tribute to Joy Division", Loef performs together with musicians from the band Sleeping Woods (including Benedikt Holtermann and Lukas Vogt).
