The Great Sea is a German atmospheric black metal project from Kamen, NRW, formed in 2022 by members of Long Distance Calling and Ordeal & Plight. Their sound pairs majestic, atmospheric black metal anthems with progressive touches. The debut album "Noble Art Of Desolation" was released in 2025 on AOP Records.
