The Warning

The Warning is a powerhouse Mexican rock trio from Monterrey, formed in 2013 by sisters Daniela Villarreal (guitar, lead vocals, piano), Paulina Villarreal (drums, lead and backing vocals, piano), and Alejandra Villarreal (bass, backing vocals, piano). Inspired by childhood music lessons and video games like Rock Band, they exploded onto the scene with their viral 2014 YouTube cover of Metallica's 'Enter Sandman,' earning praise from Kirk Hammett, followed by appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and their debut EP Escape the Mind in 2015. Delivering hard-hitting albums like XXI Century Blood (2017), Queen of the Murder Scene (2018), Error (2022), and Keep Me Fed (2024), they've shared stages with icons such as The Killers, Muse, and Foo Fighters at festivals including Rock al Parque and Mother of All Rock.
