The Wildhearts are a British rock band from Newcastle upon Tyne formed in 1989 around frontman Ginger Wildheart. Their debut 'Earth vs the Wildhearts' was voted Kerrang!'s album of the year for 1993, and 'Caffeine Bomb' gave the band a UK Top 40 single.
