This Will Destroy You was formed in 2005 in San Marcos, Texas by guitarists Chris King and Jeremy Galindo, bassist Raymond Brown, and drummer Andrew Miller. The band started as an instrumental post-rock project, experimenting with ambient and experimental sounds without vocals.
