Turbostaat is a German punk rock band formed in 1999. Originally from Flensburg, the band released their debut album 'Flamingo' in 2001 and followed it up with 'Schwan' in 2003. In 2006, guitarist Marten Ebsen founded the band NinaMarie with Thomas Götz of the Beatsteaks.
