Vio-lence is an American thrash metal band formed in 1985 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fronted by vocalist Sean Killian, they became one of the standout acts of the Bay Area's second thrash wave with their 1988 debut 'Eternal Nightmare' and reunited in 2019.
