VTOROI KA

Vtoroi Ka is a duo from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, formed by school friends Sultan and Ilya in the Asanbay district in the south of the city. The band's name refers to the designation of the school class they shared, "2K." Originally rooted in home-recorded rap, their sound evolved through hip-hop into post-punk and electronic music, marked by a lighthearted, self-ironic and carnivalesque style.
