WHYSKER

Whysker is the artistic project of Saxon musician Willi Papperitz, who sang as a child in the Dresden Kreuzchor and later as a soprano in the Semperoper children's choir. He adopted the stage name Whysker in 2012 and combines singer-songwriter material with Irish folk, seafaring and medieval-inspired music. A full-time musician since 2017, he followed "In der Ferne" (2018) and "Leuchtturm" (2021) with the album "Segel setzen" in 2024.
