Domicil is a non-profit cultural center and live music venue with a capacity of 400 in Dortmund, founded in 1969 as a cellar club. Recognized by American jazz magazine DownBeat as one of the world's top 100 jazz clubs, it hosts over 300 events annually and moved into a former 1950s cinema in 2005.
