The Cacaofabriek

De Cacaofabriek is a cultural centre in Helmond housed in a former cocoa factory (De Koninklijke Nederlandsche Cacaofabriek), reopened in March 2014 after a redesign by architecture firm cepezed. Under one roof, the venue combines a concert hall with a capacity of 550, an arthouse cinema, exhibition spaces, and a restaurant.
